Quit Smoking App


Built on my own experience of trying to quit smoking, this app shows you a detailed improvement since your last cigarette. By updating every second, seeing the recovery aims to be a motivation to not smoke.

It shows you the following details:

  1. Total Duration

    This shows many Days, Hours, Minutes & Seconds since your last cigarette.

  2. Money Saved

    This shows how much money you’ve saved, not buying cigarettes, since your last cigarette.

  3. Life Saved

    This shows you how much of your life you’ve saved, since your last cigarette. This is based on the average, that each cigarette reduces your life span by 9 minutes.

  4. Craving Intensity

    This shows you how intense is your craving to have a cigarette. This is to increase your awareness, knowing that your craving is peaking, so you can make better lifestyle choices to avoid smoking.

  5. Nicotine Levels

    This is based on the average breakdown rate of nicotine in the body. It aims to make you aware of the progress you’ve made, to reach a 0% nicotine level.

  6. Milestones

    These are the major milestones of improvement, the average person would achieve since their last cigarettes, over 20 years.

You can choose the following languages in this app:

You can choose from over 150 currencies, when calculating how much money you’ve saved, based on the cost of each packet of cigarettes.
